What we collect: almost nothing
- No account. NursePath has no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles.
- Your study data stays on your device. Questions answered, scores, streaks, and statistics are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad and are never transmitted to us.
- Purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Subscription status is verified through Apple's StoreKit system.
AI Tutor (paid plans)
When you send a message to the AI Tutor, that message and your recent tutor conversation are transmitted securely to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. Tutor messages:
- are not linked to your name, email, or any account (we don't have one);
- are used only to answer your question and enforce fair-use limits;
- are not used for advertising and are not sold to anyone.
A proof-of-subscription token from Apple is used to confirm an active plan. Please don't include personal health information or patient information in tutor messages.
What we don't do
- No advertising or ad tracking
- No analytics SDKs
- No selling or sharing of data
- No access to your contacts, photos, or location
Data deletion
Deleting the app deletes all locally stored study data. Tutor message logs are not retained in an identifiable form.
Children
NursePath is a professional exam-preparation tool intended for adult nursing students and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
